Returns Policy:

You can get an exchange on an item for any reason for an alternative product within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be given if the item is faulty, damaged or not fit for the purpose sold. Please email merchandise@arabtrust.co.uk with your order number , your name and address, details of the product, reason for return and if you require an exchange or refund. We will then contact you with how to proceed. Goods exchanged must be returned in a re-saleable condition, costs of postage will be incurred by the customer.

Refunds for damaged goods will be fully responsible for by ArabTRUST. In all cases we will contact you within two days from notification of your problem and deal with your request promptly.

Note: Refunds will only be processed if the goods are faulty, damaged or not fit for the purpose. This does not affect your statutory rights.
