Foodbank Collections Confirmed for 2017/2018

Following the success of last seasons’ collection, Dundee United Community Trust is delighted to join forces with Dundee United Football Club to host another two foodbank collections in 2017/2018, with donations once again split between Dundee Foodbank and Taught By Muhammad.
Jamie Kirk, on behalf of DUCT, had this to say of the initiative “We are delighted to be able to be part of the response to growing numbers of foodbank referrals in Dundee and the generosity of Dundee United FC Supporters has been fantastic.”
The matches selected for the collections are 23rd December (vs Livingston) and 3rd March 2018 (vs St Mirren) and we will provide more information on what items are most sought in the run up to each match, although all donations excluding frozen/fresh food will be most welcome.
