ArabTRUST Extraordinary General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting is to be held on Saturday 12th September 2015 at 12pm in Club 83.
The Extraordinary General Meeting has been called due to the number of recent co-options exceeding that which is permitted by ArabTRUST's rules.
It was agreed by the Board at the meeting of 30th July 2015 that ArabTRUST would co-opt seven new Board Members in order to bring the Board above the minimum numbers required by ArabTRUST's rules. It was agreed to co-opt all seven members attending the meeting with immediate effect subject to these seven members standing for election at an Extraordinary General Meeting which would be called within three months from the date of their co-options.
Therefore, the purpose of the Extraordinary General Meeting is to formally elect the seven co-opted Board Members as full members of the ArabTRUST Board.
Additionally, the ArabTRUST Board will provide members with an update on ArabTRUST activity, including an update on the current dialogue with Dundee United Football Club.
