The presentation took place this past Sunday night at the Hilton Hotel, Dundee during the United Sponsors Dinner.
Steven Hughes said, "He was really positive about getting over his injury as quickly as possible so he can get back and help the team climb the table.
"He was also full of praise for the latest batch of young players, saying that he feels we've got some real quality coming through.
"I'm sure I speak for all at ArabTRUST in wishing Danny a speedy recovery and hope that he picks up where he left off, given the great run of form that won him the September Player of the Month Award."
